I had a new ac installed by a big name hvac company a year ago. This week the ac was not cooling. I called the original ac company that installed it and they sent a tech two times and could not find the issue. The house was 98 degrees during the day. I got desperate and started to call other companies. Dennis and his guys came over and found the issues and took care of it the same day. After a day of noticing my ac was not working properly, I called and Randy came out immediately. Thank you so much for fast and efficient service. Randy came by and he replaced what needed to and maintained the entire unit the same day. Highly recommend this company with any AC needs.
I had a possum go under my house and destroy my AC ducts. Randy reassured me on the phone, which made me feel so good because I was really upset about the situation. He took care of it immediately and rented the Excellent service with a sense of creativity of how to reinstall with a better airflow I could not recommend an AC person more than Randy and his company!!!
